FROM THE C-SUITE  TO COACHING

For over 25 years, I built my career in the corporate world—leading large-scale teams, driving transformation, and navigating change at Fortune 500 companies like Comcast, Time Warner Cable, and Frontier Communications. I held multi-million-dollar P&L responsibility, scaled operations across multiple markets, and led initiatives that impacted thousands of employees. I know what it means to carry the weight of leadership—and the pressure that comes with every decision.

But what always fueled me wasn’t the metrics or the milestones—it was the people. I found the most meaning in helping others grow, uncover their strengths, and step into new levels of leadership. That’s what led me to launch The Breaker Mindset. Today, I bring everything I’ve learned—both in the boardroom and through my coaching training—to help other high-level leaders break through what’s holding them back and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

WHAT DRIVES ME?

I created The Breaker Mindset because leadership doesn’t come with a playbook—and at the highest levels, it can feel incredibly isolating. My goal is to offer senior leaders what I once needed: a space to be fully seen, supported, and challenged by someone who’s been there. I believe transformation happens when strategy meets soul—when leaders feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to act.
